Service Now connects our nationwide network of service engineers to our dedicated Central Tech Support team at Kampala through a mobile app. By using the platform to collect data from service engineers we are able to provide efficient job-scheduling with better tracking as well as effectively escalate issues. This allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality service in Uganda.
Global standard customer facing metrics including response time, first-time-fix rate, call-to-fix and machine uptime are monitored in the system to enable us to deliver best in class customer service.
